Date Picker

Select a range of dates you are interested in or use one of our preset date ranges.

Custom Date Range

  1. Pick the start date.

  2. Pick the end date.

  3. Verify at the top that the range you selected is correct.

Preset Date Range

To the left of the calendar, there are various preset date ranges availlable. These presets will automatically compute the dates for you.

Store Location Filter

By default all store locations will be selected and the analytics shown on the page will represent all store locations together. If you want to view the analytics for a specific location, pick out the store location from the drop down and/or type it in.

For users with only one store location, this dropdown will not be visible to you. All analytics shown will only pertain to the one store location.

Home Page

Along the top, you can find various analytics cards that provide key details about your store(s). Within some of the cards are percentage change indicators.

These indicators compare your selected date range to the same length of time just before it. For example, if you select June 8-14 (7 days), you'll see how it compares to June 1-7 (the previous 7 days).

Line Chart

  • Contains three different line charts for gross sales volume, net profit, and consignment fee revenue in one space.

    • Use the three metric cards to the right to toggle between the three graphs.

  • The tooltip contains sales data on the specific date your mouse is hovering over.

  • Metric cards contains percentage change indicators as well.

Pie Chart

  • Displays the categorical makeup of your sales in a pie chart.

  • Shows the top 5 categories and will display an "other" category that make up the rest of the categories together.

Top Selling Products

  • Contains the top 5 selling products within the selected time period.

  • This list is ordered by total sales, and it contains various info like SKU, # of Sales, and Sell Through Rate.

Top Sellers

  • Contains the top 5 sellers within the selected time period.

  • Within each row are the number of items sold from that user and their total sales volume.

Product Page

Within the product page, we provide two key metrics: Sell Through Rate and Estimated Days of Stock Left.

Sell Through Rate

Sell-through rate shows what percentage of your inventory you've sold during a specific time period.

For example, if you started with 100 units and sold 75, your sell-through rate is 75%. A higher percentage means you're moving inventory efficiently.

Estimated Days of Stock Left

Days of stock left estimates how many days your current inventory will last based on your recent sales pace.

For example, if you have 100 units left and you've been selling 10 per day, you have about 10 days of stock remaining. This helps you know when to buy more stock of certain products before running out.

Inventory Location Page

Within each individual inventory location are 5 basic metric cards that help keep track of the health of inventory at specific locations in your store.

  • Average Age of Active Items

    • Only accounts for items currently for sale

  • Number of Items for Sale

  • Number of Items Sold

  • Current Value of Inventory

    • Only accounts for items currently for sale

  • Sales Volume
