1. Go to the Print Queue Page — From your ConsignR dashboard, navigate to the Print Queue tab, under "Products" on the left sidebar.
The Print Queue automatically tracks which labels have been printed and when. It serves as a central hub for managing and printing updated labels without manually tracking printed and unprinted items.
Identify New or Updated Labels:
New Items: Items that haven't been printed will display as "Not Printed" in the Last Printed field.
Updated Items: Items that have been repriced or modified will display the "Last Printed" date & timestamp, indicating when they were last printed.
Note: New items or price updates will automatically appear in the Print Queue, making it easy to identify which labels need printing or reprinting.
2. Apply your Filters: Size, Type, Location, or Store (Optional), the Print Queue will display all labels pending printing, possibly across multiple pages.

Tips:
Store vs. Location Filter: Always use the Store Filter instead of the Location Filter to ensure you’re covering all inventory within the store.
Print Queue Management: Regularly check the Print Queue for updates to keep inventory labels accurate and up to date.
