📋 How to add Consignors (or Vendors)

Manage all your Consignors, Vendors, or Sellers within your portal.

1. Go to the Users Page — From your ConsignR dashboard, navigate to the Users tab on the left sidebar.

2. ConsignR allows you either Invite Users, or Create Users profiles directly within the portal.

2.1 Click “Invite User” In the top-right corner — Input User Email and select "Seller" as the User Role.

Lastly, click "Invite", and an email invitation will be sent to the Consignor/Vendor to complete their profile setup.


2.2 Click “Create User” In the top-right corner — Manually input the Consignor/Vendor's profile information.

Lastly, click "Create New User" to add the Seller into your portal database.

*Optional: Send an Email invitation.

Tips:

  • The transfer must be initiated by the sending party — they’ll create the code and share it with you.

  • Once confirmed, the items will appear in your Inventory list under your store.
